Our FOCUS
Our approach to therapy is rooted in compassion, understanding, and evidenced-based techniques. In our practice, we believe in the power of a strong therapeutic alliance where you can feel safe and supported as you explore your thoughts and emotions. Our therapists are experienced and trained to provide a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs.
Each of our therapists bring their own experiences and skills into the therapeutic process which we utilize to help our clients navigate their goals. Our areas of focus include trauma, ADHD, adoption, attachment, anxiety, and depression. Our team is dedicated to providing a safe, judgement-free environment where you can express yourself freely and work toward personal growth and healing.
Meet Katie
I specialize in trauma-informed care and attachment-focused therapy, grounded in the belief that our past experiences profoundly shape how we connect with ourselves and others. My goal is to offer a safe, supportive space where you can explore your story, process difficult emotions, and begin to heal.
Using EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), I help clients gently uncover and release trauma held in the mind and body. I also draw from attachment theory to better understand relationship patterns and guide clients toward more secure, fulfilling connections.
In addition to trauma and attachment work, I have experience supporting individuals navigating adoption, anxiety, and depression. Whatever brings you to therapy, my hope is to help you find strength in the present while honoring and healing the past.
Outside the therapy room, you’ll find me baking something sweet, running (sometimes reluctantly), and spending time with my husband, kids, and beloved dog. I also have a soft spot for good coffee, overly ambitious DIY projects and trashy reality TV — because healing is serious work, but life doesn’t always have to be.

Meet Leah
I am honored to work with my clients on navigating the good and the hard parts of life. I've worked with children, teens, and adults and have spent the majority of my career helping people of all ages to process and move forward from trauma. I'm particularly passionate about working with parents on trauma-informed parenting strategies and learning how to best support their children through difficult events. I also enjoying working with Neurodivergent individuals on learning how to reframe their experience to feel more empowered and less self-critical. As someone who was diagnosed later in life with ADHD, I care deeply about helping others to manage their symptoms and reduce feelings of shame in a society that is set up for neurotypical brains.
Outside of work, you're likely to find me thrift store shopping, hanging out with my cats, spending time with friends and family, or watching bad reality tv. In past seasons of my life, I've enjoyed playing viola, playing roller derby, and writing creative nonfiction.

Meet Carly
I work with teens and adults navigating trauma, neurodivergence (including ADHD and autism), and the challenges that come with simply being human in a complex world. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and always tailored to your unique needs and experiences.
I use EMDR and other evidence-based practices to support healing, but at the heart of my work is building a safe, supportive relationship where you can truly be yourself. My style is real, down-to-earth, and grounded in cultural responsiveness, inclusion, and respect for your lived experience. I aim to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered—without judgment or pressure.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in special education and school social work, which deepened my commitment to supporting neurodivergent individuals and those who often feel misunderstood in traditional spaces. As someone who is neurodivergent myself, I bring both personal and professional insight to the therapy room.
Outside the therapy space, I’m a plant lover, yoga dabbler, book collector, and a crafty creative with a soft spot for DIY projects I may or may not finish. I share my life with my husband, our four very busy teenagers, and my beloved cats and dog.
If you're looking for a therapist who gets that healing doesn’t look the same for everyone—and who’ll meet you with warmth, curiosity, and respect—you’re in the right place.

Meet Jillian
My passion lies in building meaningful connections with clients of various ages, helping them through life’s challenges with compassion and understanding. From teen years to adulthood, I’m here to support you through the highs and lows, whether that is addressing trauma, managing everyday stressors, or celebrating the positives.
I’m particularly dedicated to creating a nurturing environment for my clients, where they can feel respected, validated, and empowered to be their authentic selves. Your journey is uniquely yours, and I’m honored to walk alongside you as we navigate it together.
I have a passion for working with Individuals with anxiety, religious trauma, and those in the LGBTQ+ community. I believe therapy is about fostering a relationship built on trust and collaboration. My approach is grounded in creating a comfortable and inviting space, similar to enjoying a relaxed chat over coffee. I want to help you feel cared for, heard, and supported through whatever you may be going through.
Outside of work, you can find me hanging out with my dog Bella, spending time outside (walking, kayaking, camping), cooking for friends and family, and playing board or video games with my partner and friends.

Meet Gina
I specialize in helping adults heal from painful and overwhelming experiences using a trauma-informed approach that is warm, compassionate, and authentic. I am trained in EMDR and integrate a variety of therapeutic tools tailored to meet each individual’s unique needs.
I understand how trauma can leave deep emotional wounds that impact relationships, work, and overall well-being—and how it often lies at the root of anxiety and depression. My goal is to understand your story deeply and help you explore how past experiences continue to shape your present.
I am especially passionate about supporting individuals navigating trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, women’s issues, family of origin concerns, and BIPOC/Asian American identity. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you can reconnect with yourself, develop a deeper sense of identity and fulfillment, and move toward the life you want to live.
When I’m not in the therapy room, I’m probably out on a long walk, getting way too emotionally invested in a good book, or tracking down the best bites in Chambana—especially if bread is involved. I’m a big believer in fresh air, good food, and finding joy in the little things. That shows up in my work too—I try to bring a grounded, curious, and human approach to therapy, and I’m always honored to walk alongside people in their healing journey.

Meet Tae
The choice to consider therapy as a pathway to feeling better is a courageous one. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity, relationships, work stress, or major life transitions, I am here to help.
I believe therapy can be a powerful space for growth, healing, and self-discovery. My approach is warm, authentic, nonjudgmental, and collaborative. I create a space where you can show up fully as yourself, feel seen and supported, and explore the parts of your story that need attention or care.
I draw from a combination of modalities to meet your unique needs, including approaches that focus on personal strengths, coping skills, narrative meaning, and identity. Together we will make sense of how past experiences may be affecting your present, build practical tools for coping and change, and strengthen the supports that already exist within you. My work is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and identity affirming. I am particularly passionate about supporting clients exploring issues related to BIPOC/Black identity, relationships, and work stress.
Healing involves both understanding your story and discovering new ways to live it with greater clarity, confidence, and self-compassion. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you learn to relate to yourself with greater understanding and care.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading mystery novels, trying different coffee shops, and walks in nature.
